How Lotrivo handles information when you use the marketplace.
Information we use
Lotrivo stores account details, listings, bids, offers, messages, and support reports to operate the service. Buyer payment card and bank details are not collected because payments are arranged directly between participants.
Public and private information
Published listings, seller profiles, bid amounts, and bid times are public. Account email addresses are not shown on public profiles. Offer details and conversations are available to the relevant participants, with authorized access for support and security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion through Help & support. Account deletion is also available in Settings. Some marketplace records may be retained for operational or legal reasons.
