How does Lotrivo work?
Describe what you are offering, add photos, and choose a starting bid and end time. Review and publish your auction, then share its link. Buyers sign in to bid on Lotrivo. When bidding ends, the seller and winner arrange payment and fulfillment directly.
Is Lotrivo free?
Creating and sharing a core auction is free, and Lotrivo takes no sales commission. Optional Featured Auction promotion costs $12 per auction. Your chosen payment provider may charge its own fees. Planned Pro subscriptions are not yet available.
What can I auction on Lotrivo?
You can list goods and collectibles, stays, and experiences or services that meet Lotrivo’s terms. Sellers describe the offer, availability, pickup or delivery, and any applicable cancellation terms. Review the listing details before bidding.
Can I share an auction in a Facebook group?
Yes. Every published auction has a link you can share in a Facebook group, a group chat, a text, or with your followers. Bids and the countdown stay on Lotrivo, so everyone can follow the same auction. Follow the rules of the community where you share.
Does Lotrivo handle the sale payment?
The seller and winner arrange the sale payment and pickup, delivery, or access directly. Lotrivo does not collect the sale payment, hold funds, or provide escrow or payment protection.
How do I contact Lotrivo?
Visit Help & support and sign in to submit and track a request about an account, listing, or data. Payment refunds must be arranged with the seller or payment provider.
